Bryony Moore

Bryony is a choreographer, performer and workshop leader within the company.

Bryony started her training at Central School of Dancing and Performing Arts, Norwich. After gaining various offers for leading vocational dance colleges she attended Stella Mann College on a full scholarship where she majored in Musical Theatre and Teaching. Throughout this period she worked alongside performers and choreographers ranging from Chicago, M Jackson- Thriller and Richard Alston Company. She also became a qualified ISTD teacher in Tap, Ballet and Modern.

Bryony has choreographed a range of dance works including lyrical jazz pieces for Stella Mann Dance and has worked as guest ballet dancer in a Midsummer night dream for the Theatre Royal's school project.

Other educational work includes Hewett School, Norwich City College and Great Yarmouth College, where she has been graded consistently as Outstanding (OFSTED Grade 1). Whilst at City College, Bryony was part of a peer observation team that is dedicated to improving teaching and learning within the performing arts department and achieved QTLS status when she qualified with a Diploma in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS). Bryony has worked with Norwich Young Peoples Theatre, Community Music East, BBC Blast, Seachange Arts and Creative Arts East. Bryony has been choreographer and performer for Mackintosh's Canteen 2008 and 2009 charity events. Bryony is a qualified Bronze and Silver Arts Award Advisor.

Bryony has extensive performance experience. She starred as the young Charlotte Bronte with the Northern Ballet Theatre and performed annually as a junior professional in the Norwich Theatre Royal Pantomimes. Since undertaking her professional training Bryony has had various roles including Fredrika in 'An evening with Sondheim and Chekov', Meg in 'Little Women' and Bebe Benzenheimer in 'A Choris Line'. Bryony currently performs as a solo singer and as a backing singer and dancer for various bands and performing groups in Norfolk.

Meg Howard

Meg is a choreographer, performer and workshop leader within the company.

Originally from Norfolk Meg studied at Janet Hegarty School of Ballet; Central School of Dance and Performing Arts, Guildhall School of Dance and Norfolk Dance. She then gained a full scholarship to attend the 3 year BA Hons at London Contemporary Dance School. During her study she worked and performed choreography by leading contemporary artists including Siobhan Davies, Jonzi Di, Lea Anderson, Richard Alston and Mark Baldwin. She also worked alongside leading dance educators and companies such as Chicken Shed Theatre Company. Meg then performed in various companies and started to undertake freelance choreography ranging from commercial fashion shows for radio stations through to contemporary dance works.

After gaining first class education reports within her degree Meg received the Deutsche Bank, Pyramid Award an annual award which supports entrepreneurial art students. She spent time researching how to develop dance training, specialising in the Norfolk region. In 2003 Meg set up and developed a dance training course at Norwich City College, which now teaches over 100 students each year. During this time her teaching has been continually graded as Outstanding (Grade 1) by OFSTED. Whilst at City College, Meg was a mentor and Talent Champion for teachers where she gave advice, supported and graded teachers to achieve their 'Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector' and improve ofsted grades.

Meg has also Managed Diamond Dance studio, Old Street, London; where she worked with varied artists including Kenrick Sandy from Boy Blue; she was also an Arts Manager for various companies including h2dance and Colin Poole.

Ciaran Rees

Ciaran began his training at Bodywork theatre school, receiving a scholarship for the full time Musical theatre course at Cambridge Performing Arts. His theatre credits whilst training include RENT- Mumford Theatre, Roger, Westside Story- Cork Opera House, Snowboy- Featured Dancer, VQ day at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, World Hip Hop Championships at Lowes Lake Resort- Las Vegas, USA, CATS as MungoJerry- Lead Dancer, New Pantomime Productions- The Kings Theatre, Portsmouth Entertainer/Acrobat at the Trinity Ball, Cambridge.

Ciaran is a highly experienced choreographer credits include World Hip Hop championships in Poland (2009), Winner of UK championships, Coca-Cola, HERTZ enterprises, Natural History Museum, Alesha Dixon and Arlene Phillips.

Ciaran teaches across the Country working with Bodywork theatre School, Venom and Elementz Entertainment, Cambridge Regional College, Abbington (Cambridge Language School), Comberton Village College, The MGA academy Scotland, EDSA theatre school and the Kevin Adams Academy.

Grace Poole

Grace trained at the Royal Ballet School for 8 years; within this time she was a finalist for the prestigious Young British Dancer of the Year. She was then selected to perform with the Royal Ballet Company whilst still studying at the Royal Ballet School dancing roles in the Nutcracker, Don Quixote and Giselle. She also performed as principle dancer in Concerto- Pas de Deux at the Royal Opera House. She performed with the Northern Ballet performing roles including Swan Lake. Grace joined slanteddance in 2010 as an Associate member working with the professional performance company.

Zara Richards

Dance has always been a major part of Zara s life. From the age of 16 she competed at the UK National Street Dance Championships and won the under 17 freestyle category. Zara is qualified with a National Diploma and National Awards in Dance and Musical Theatre. At the age of 19, Zara already has many credits including MTV Dr Pepper TV commercial, Keith Lemons TV show, Louise Spence's "Show Business", D*lux music video, performed at Euro Disney, 02 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Saddles Wells, placed 1st for the UK National Crews with Esteem, competed for England in Italy and placed 3rd at "Over The Top" 2012, placed 1st for the UK National Street Dance Adult Freestyle, currently is one of Lauran Alexander choreographers. Zara opened the joint dance school with Sukeana "Dance With Suki And Zorro" in February 2011. The aim for this school is to provide opportunities for the less fortunate but talented dancers, the company create a family atmosphere which encourages all students to be inspired. Zara is signed to Rudeye agency and clear castings.

Ida May

Ida May is a versatile dancer with a strong contemporary and jazz background and studied Musical Theatre at London Studio Centre. Originally from Finland, Ida started dancing at the age of 5 and was fortunate to be selected with ten other kids to travel the world already at the age of 12 and work with the choreographers such as Liisa Nojonen, Jorma Uotinen, Marjo Kuusela and Pattie Obey. At the age of 15 she was given an opportunity to choreograph Fame the musical for Kaustinen music of college which inspired her to get into vocational training. Whilst in training she already started working in Rauma City Theatre as a dancer and actress and worked with choreographers such as Russel Adamson, Reija Wäre. She was also forunate to travel to New York with six other dancers and work with the choreographer Alan Danielson.

In London Ida has been working in the commercial dance and modelling industry. Her credits include music videos for both UK and international artists,such as Scissor Sisters, Mika, Nero, Jessie J, Delphic, Zero Assoluto. Corporate shows for Wella, L'oreal, Goldwell, Clarks, Coca Cola, L'acoste. She's been dancing in adverts for Talk Talk, Blackberry, Mentos, Lynx and Argos and danced for choreographers such as Anna Buonomo, Richard Marcel, Cie Willi Dorner. She loves to collaborate with other art forms and has just been part of Ian Emes 'One of these days' exhibition and is currently making her way into the artistic side of making and choreographig music videos for new upcoming artists such as Death Rattle and Vuvuvultures to name a few.
