We deliver and host friendly workshops and conferences that share, amplify, and build a tool box of life skills and exercises that will improve the quality of yours and your children’s daily lives.

Parents and teachers all over the Country are dedicating their time into the growth of young people and children . Our training workshops are delivered with an open and positive approach. They are designed with care so they will give you accessible and straight forward skills that will allow you to share practice, gain support and knowledge to build a happier and balanced attitude in a friendly environment.

Hundred’s of teachers spend their time ensuring they are teaching with the most up to date strategies in Health, fitness, well-being and mind-set for the good of their classes. This network is designed form a central point for those teachers can come together and expand their practice.

Did you know?

The DfE has recently commissioned a Healthy Schools Ratings Scheme for primary schools that provides recognition of schools that are promoting the health of their students in three key areas: physical activity, healthy eating and emotional wellbeing.

The pressures within education to meet pupil attainment targets have reportedly increased the levels of stress and lack of morale within the teaching workforce. In June 2015, the Teacher Voice Omnibus Survey reported that 98% of 4450 teachers said they are under increasing pressure & 75% say their workload is having a serious impact on their mental health. Only 12% say they have good work/life balance.

There is growing evidence of the effectiveness of school-based approaches to promoting emotional wellbeing. The Department for Education has found that, on average, children with higher levels of emotional, behavioural, social and school wellbeing, had higher levels of academic achievement and were more engaged in school.

Parents/ Children

As parents we are continually asking ourselves how can we invest and support our children’s wellbeing?

In our fast paced, technology ruled lifestyle, slowing down and ‘checking in’ with our children can be a hard thing to do. As they grow up their commitments, hobbies and social lives build and the quality time can diminish before our eyes.


Can you remember the last time you gave yourself 10minutes to ‘check in’ on how you are doing? No? Exactly. As parents ourselves, we know the pressure to be the ‘superhero’, fixing and dealing with everything life throws at us to ensure everyone is happy and healthy. You are doing a great job but lets slow… down…


Studies show that when you put more time into self care, the more energy and positivity you have to pass on to others. Within our network we will be sharing skills on how you can take time out for yourself without feeling guilty and working around your home/ work life. These tools will equip you with the basics to begin embedding into your daily home. You will explore how to recharge, centre and invest in yourself and your family with positivity and ignited energy, building yours and your children’s emotional well-being. When wellbeing is nurtured at home it can impact on all aspects of you and your families life. No matter the age of your child, there are tools, skills and people to support you improve your family life within our network.

Did you know?

According to the children’s society, even 7% of children who exercise most days or every day have low well-being. For those who never or hardly ever do so, this rises to 18%.


Exam preparation workshop

As exams come closer, we all know how quickly balancing study, life and fun can become challenging. Which way does your child show their worries? Not getting to sleep, tiredness, mood swings, hyperactivity?


Well slanted community network have built a workshop designed to ease the preparation period leading to exams for children and young people. The childrens network attend workshops where they build skills that allow them to maximise focus, energise for studies, clear the head before bed and learn how to work effectively whilst being able to relax and nurture their bodies.

Workshops include exercises and activities to be completed at home, nutirition support and coping meachanisms.


Did you know?

The Young Minds Survey in Mental Heath and Education (March 2017) showed that 80% of the young people who responded to the survey said that exam pressure had a big effect on their mental health, whilst in total 96% of young people said that exam pressure had an effect on their mental health.
